Credit Suisse has been identified as the highest paying company in the UK 2019, with several finance and tech firms also appearing in the top 25 ranking, according to new research from Glassdoor.

The salary report highlights the 25 highest paying companies in the UK in 2019. The report revealed that employees at the UK’s highest paying companies are offered between £61,000 and £90,000 as a median total compensation package.

John Lamphiere, EMEA Managing Director at Glassdoor said that it is no surprise that multinational finance and tech conglomerates have dominated the ranking. He commented:

“While salary and bonuses might get people in the door, it is more likely to be culture and career progression that help people stick around in the long term."

“Salary is a key driver for many jobseekers so we have made it easy for people to find out which employers are offering the most money. Glassdoor also offers people the opportunity to look up salaries for specific job titles and companies to help them better understand what is fair market value for their role.”
