Holly Gregory Associates was formed many years ago by or Company Director, Jess Tyrrell. She has over 20 years experience working in a wide range of companies from small startups, charities, media, retail to holding very senior roles in the corporate world.
Her team and HR Practitioners but also HR Change Agents.
She realised that a number of companies just need someone to come in to fill an immediate want, or provide some solid practical advice, but also pick up more complex projects from start to finish. Due Diligence: Created and supported: Outsource contract HR clause input, data mining and analysis, payroll/benefit mapping, legal review with internal and external lawyers
Employment Relations: Consultation, M&A redundancies, harmonisation of terms and union benefit negotiations and buy-outs (ER) for UK and Offshore – NUJ and BECTU.
Analysis: Policies, Procedures, understanding legal jurisdiction, payroll data analytics, benchmarking across UK and worldwide (EMEA) in preparation for consultation on T&C's.

Retention and Reward: Reviewing strategic plans including benchmarking of salaries as part of operating model changes, annual bonus plans and assessments
Recruitment: Overseeing operations changes to recruitment and contract staff management including HMRC IR35 transition
System: HR lead for the SAP worldwide staff system migration from Cornerstone to Success Factors to enable payroll, training, PDR’s including creating project plans.

Managed disciplinary, training, mentoring, employee relations (ER), grievances and investigations.
Reviewed Mandatory and Regulatory procedures to ensure they adhered to in a high security arena.

Introduced 1st bank wide, best in class, procurement risk framework to manage supplier costs, Service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Gained senior board approval to create and launch the first bank wide, market leading, mobile and SMS banking channel including outlining the 5-year strategic roadmap.
Project lead on implementation of numerous digital changes valuing 10m, including negotiation of Telecom contracts (O2, Vodafone, BT).
Creation of detailed IT requirements, impact assessments, feasibility and FBC.
